1. WHAT IS SELF-EXCLUSION
Self-exclusion is a process that allows you to request that a gambling operator excludes you from gambling services for a specific period of time – usually from six months to five years. During this period, you will be denied access to the venues and websites from which you have been excluded.
2. SELF-EXCLUSION AT NINEWIN
Activating Self-exclusion informs us that we must take all necessary steps to block access to your account and ensure that you do not receive any promotional materials. You may also contact our support team by email at [email protected] and notify us of your decision to stop gambling at ninewin.com for a specified period or permanently.
We provide a self-exclusion option to support you if you believe your gambling is no longer under control and you need assistance to stop. Upon your request, we will restrict access to your account for a period defined by you. We will also take reasonable measures to prevent the creation of new accounts. After the selected period ends, your account may be reopened.
Please note that if you choose indefinite self-exclusion, any remaining balance will be paid out in accordance with the casino limits. If you select self-exclusion for a fixed period, the remaining balance will be paid according to the casino limits only after the self-exclusion period has ended.
Self-Exclusion Limit. You may set a Self-Exclusion Limit for 6 months, 9 months, or 1 year. Once activated, your Player Account will be immediately disabled and you will be excluded from all promotional offers for the selected period. You will not be able to deposit or withdraw funds while the limit is active. After the period expires, your account will not be reactivated automatically.
If you wish to cancel your self-exclusion before the end of the selected period, your request will be subject to internal review. If approved, the cancellation of a fixed self-exclusion period will take effect only after a minimum 24-hour cooling-off period from the time of your request.
You may also request self-exclusion for an indefinite period. If you later decide to lift an indefinite self-exclusion, you can contact our Customer Support Team with such a request. Any cancellation of an indefinite self-exclusion will take effect only after a 7-day waiting period has passed, after which your account will be reopened.
3. ENTERING INTO SELF-EXCLUSION IS A JOINT COMMITMENT BETWEEN US AND YOU.
We will take reasonable measures to prevent you from reopening your existing account or creating new accounts with us. However, during your exclusion period, you must not attempt to regain access to your account or register new accounts within our network.
When applying self-exclusion to your account, it is your responsibility to complete the procedure. You must confirm that you understand the restrictions related to exclusion and then click the link that directs you to a page where you select the desired exclusion period and confirm by clicking ‘submit’. You will receive an email confirming that the self-exclusion has been successfully activated. IF YOU DO NOT COMPLETE THIS PROCEDURE, YOUR ACCOUNT WILL REMAIN ACTIVE.
If you are unable to complete the automated procedure independently, you must contact Customer Support and request that they apply the self-exclusion on your behalf, confirming that you attempted to use the automated option and that you want us to process the self-exclusion manually. Please note that if you request assistance via email, the process will not be immediate, and we will notify you once it has been completed. After self-exclusion is activated, we will make every reasonable effort to ensure that you do not receive gambling-related communications. However, we are not responsible for any marketing materials sent by third-party affiliates that are beyond our control. Please note that if you receive such materials and continue to gamble, or if you bypass your self-exclusion agreement by, for example, continuing to gamble or opening and using new accounts, we are not obligated to refund any deposits, winnings, or other funds related to such online activities.
Self-exclusion will also be applied if a user submits a request for self-exclusion to the relevant regulator and ninewin.com receives from the regulator the corresponding list of self-excluded players.
